LF Construction Services (LFCS)

We were contracted by Unita and responsible for all carpentry and joinery works, as well as all timber trims for the project.

Custom Joinery: Precision installation of panel walls, shop fronts, and bespoke carpentry elements tailored to Ralph Lauren Polo's branding.

From September to November 2024, we helped transform the Ralph Lauren Polo shop in Bond Westfield. Unita contracted us for the work and this led to an elegant, luxury store that evokes Ralph Lauren’s timeless style.

A Contemporary Face of Luxury
The Bond Westfield store’s spec was to deliver a boutique-like shopping experience infused with the company’s classic elegance and quality craftsmanship.
It was our job to enact this idea and make sure every detail of the store was sophisticated and high quality. With our craftsmanship and premium finishing, we were able to achieve Ralph Lauren’s goal of an intimate, opulent space. The shop design was meant to provide a natural transition from the outside to the inside and improve the customer experience. The open plan design was indicative of many of Ralph Lauren’s global Polo stores, designed to showcase all their product in an inviting atmosphere.
Mission
Complete a Premium Design in Bond Westfield
The design brief was a fresh and welcoming shopping space in the heart of Bond Westfields. The design was drawn up for a front that would captivate customers and an interior that enhances their experience.
This project was about recreating the aura of Ralph Lauren’s stores keeping it minimalist but stylish, but making it bold and stand out around other competing boutiques in a top-end urban mall.

With Ralph Lauren being such a global icon for many boutique clothing and accessories, the style had to be a premium for every component used in the build-out, and this was more than achieved.

Our custom joinery services were part of the Ralph Lauren shop renovation. We crafted custom carpentry solutions, from custom timber trim to top-notch custom hardware, in harmony with Ralph Lauren’s branding.
The attention to detail meant that everything was aligned with the brand’s identity, providing an integrated and sophisticated feel. By applying premium materials and professional labour, we designed panel walls that are robust and beautiful.
Timber Flooring
It was important to choose, install and finish the timber floors for a coherent luxury feel throughout the store. Our experience in dealing with high-end materials allowed us to provide a floor that was both elegant and durable, giving the store a fresh feel.
We carefully chose the best timber so that it reflected Ralph Lauren’s image. They were installed in such a manner that all the planks stayed precisely parallel. The final steps involved sanding and sealing it for an exemplary finish that brings warmth and beauty to the room.
